Portfolio presentation @ Arci Gallery

Kote Sulaberidze, born in 1968, lives and works in Tbilisi. He graduated from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Sulaberidze’s artworks reveal both a conceptual artist dealing with socio-historical remembrance and a traditional narrative painter. His works appear to be political rather than painterly phenomena.
Sulaberidze’s works have been shown in renowned exhibition spaces such as Prato in Italy, the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma in Helsinki, Finland, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, Serbia and the Guelman Gallery in Moscow, Russia. The artist participated in the Prague Biennale 4 in the framework of the Georgian Project.
